Senior Value Stream Lead ad-interim (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
- Gesamtverantwortung für den Value Stream in Bezug auf Ergebnis, Stabilität, Governance sowie effizienten Einsatz von Budget und Kapazitäten
- Führung der Teamleads
- Effizienter Einsatz von Budget und Kapazitäten innerhalb des Value Streams
- Entscheidung bei Zielkonflikten zwischen Wert, Lieferung und Technik
- Verbindliche Zusagen bei Scope-, SLA- oder Mandatsänderungen gegenüber dem Kunden
- Regelmässige Service Reviews mit Kunden zur Beurteilung von Servicequalität, SLA-Einhaltung und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Monitoring relevanter Betriebskennzahlen (Anzahl Incidents, Stabilität, Verfügbarkeit) und Ableitung von Massnahmen bei Abweichungen
- Aufnahme und Konsolidierung von Kundenbedürfnissen vor und während Projekten
- Pflege der strategischen Kundenbeziehung als kontinuierliche Aufgabe (nicht nur in Eskalationssituationen)
- Mitwirkung im Portfolio-Gremium
- Sicherstellung von Transparenz über Risiken, Abhängigkeiten, Qualität und Performance für Value Stream
- Eskalationsinstanz bei SLA-, Reputations- oder strategischen Risiken
Dein Profil:
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, davon mehrere Jahre in Linien- oder Bereichsverantwortung
- Strategische Steuerung komplexer Organisationseinheiten (mehrere Teams / Run & Change)
- Erfahrung innerhalb öffentlicher Verwaltungen von Vorteil
- SAFe Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit C-Level-Stakeholdern und externen Kunden
- Fähigkeit, Zielkonflikte zwischen Business, Delivery und Technik zu lösen
- Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Architektur, Delivery-Modellen und Betriebsprozessen
- Erfahrung im Transformations- oder Reorganisationsumfeld von Vorteil
- Hohe Konflikt- und Verhandlungskompetenz
