We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Director/Lead to oversee and drive clinical operations in Switzerland. This pivotal role places you at the heart of our innovative projects, guiding cross-functional teams, managing complex trials, and ensuring operational excellence from early development through post-approval activities. If you're passionate about leading teams, strategizing clinical development, and making a tangible impact in the biotech industry, this is your opportunity to thrive with a forward-thinking organization. What You'll Bring: Proven leadership experience with at least 15 years in Clinical Development, including managing global or regional trial portfolios. Strong expertise in clinical operations, including trial management, budget oversight, and regulatory interactions. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships. Solid understanding of global drug development strategies and regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP guidelines. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects with precision and strategic oversight. Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Proven experience working with outsourced models, overseeing CROs and collaborators. A background in rare diseases or auto-immune conditions is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or a related field. Deep knowledge of ICH GCP and other regulatory standards. Prior experience in leadership roles within biotech or pharmaceutical industries. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for clinical site visits, meetings, and regulatory inspections. Strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and compliance.
