Role Description: Provide quality expertise and support across manufacturing and operational functions to ensure high standards of material, product, and process quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and productivity enhancement through data analysis, problem solving, and quality systems management.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor product and process performance.
- Investigate quality issues and identify root causes.
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support quality standards, productivity, and process optimization.
Must Have
- Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Experience in quality/manufacturing engineering.
- Strong analytical and investigation skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
Nice to Have
- Lean Six Sigma.
- FMEA experience
