Das erwartet Dich
- Verantwortung für die Steuerung eines anspruchsvollen Bauprojekt-Portfolios – von der Priorisierung bis zur Umsetzung
- Drehscheibenfunktion als zentrale Ansprechperson für Stakeholder und Projektbeteiligte
- Koordination, Führung und Befähigung von Projektteams sowie externen Partnern
- Sicherstellen von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen über alle Projekte hinweg
- Steuerung der mittel- bis langfristigen Planung inkl. Reporting und KPI-Tracking
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Nutzung von Synergien im Portfolio
- Aktives Risikomanagement sowie Erarbeitung pragmatischer Lösungen
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Vorgaben, Standards und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Das bringst Du mit
- Technische Ausbildung (FH/ETH/HF) im Bau-, Architektur- oder Engineering-Umfeld, ergänzt durch betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauprojektleitung oder im Projektportfolio-Management
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Life Cycle Management von Immobilien und in der Steuerung komplexer Bauvorhaben
- Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Teams zu entwickeln und zu koordinieren
- Sicher im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und anspruchsvollen Schnittstellen
- Analytisch stark, strukturiert und mit einer klaren Hands-on-Mentalität
- Durchsetzungsfähig, lösungsorientiert und mit unternehmerischem Blick
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
