ph3About The Job /h3 pWe are looking for a Store Manager in our Crans-Montana Resort location. /p pAs a Louis Vuitton Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching. You will manage and coach your team into building sustainable Client relationships, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions in order to ensure the achievement of your store’s goals. You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store’s operations and budget. /p pJob responsibilities /p h3Team Management and Development /h3 ul liIdentify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans /li liOrganize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility /li liTranslate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions and objectives /li liSet achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved /li liManage and motivate the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions /li /ul h3Client and Business Development /h3 ul liLead and develop the business of the store, by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and relating to all relevant stakeholders /li liMaximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, training, clienteling, events, Country office team…) and fostering synergies between categories /li liBuild a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools /li liEstablish a Client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve Client repurchase objectives /li liBe the voice of the store in your country by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations /li liAct as a Louis Vuitton ambassador in your local market, by proactively representing the Brand in relevant local activities (networking, PR) /li liBe aware of the competitive landscape and market trends /li /ul h3Store Operations /h3 ul liLead the management of the store, ensuring daily operations and functions are carried out in line with company procedures /li liEnsure policies, standards and Louis Vuitton procedures are implemented and maintained /li liIdentify and implement plans to deliver efficiencies and productivity improvements in all areas of store operations /li liMonitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss, asset protection and risk management (cost control budget) /li liOversee store security and health and safety matters /li liManage external supplier relationship and contracts /li /ul h3Role Model on Selling and Floor Management /h3 ul liLead by example on the floor, understand the Clients’ needs, identify potential areas of improvement and cultivate a feel for the market trends /li liEnsure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence /li liProvide consistent and qualitative feedback, coach the team on the spot /li liRepresent the brand in public/store events and activities, to promote Louis Vuitton image, brand and products /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pWe are looking for a strong entrepreneurial retail profile, with profound managerial experience and strong sense of Client development and the following skills: /p ul liExceptional high standards, knowledge/ understanding of the luxury sector and LVMH’s image. /li liProactive, results-driven individual, demonstrating initiative and commercial creativity /li liStrong communication, social and Networking Skills /li liManagement and Leadership Skills - ability to lead and coach a team /li liGood reporting and analytical skills /li liAutonomous, self-motivated, able to be flexible /li liFluency in French and English; German and other languages are a plus /li /ul pReference LVM33734 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
