ppFor a financial institution based in Geneva, we are looking for a bDocumentary Credits Officer /b to join an international banking environment. /ppThe role focuses on the processing and execution of documentary trade finance transactions for an assigned portfolio of clients, including Import Export Letters of Credit, documentary collections and commercial guarantees. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliProcess and ensure the timely, accurate and efficient execution of customers' and correspondents' instructions relating to documentary credit transactions. /liliHandle Import Export Letters of Credit, documentary collections, commercial guarantees and related trade finance instruments. /liliProvide technical support and advice to clients, Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders. /liliMaintain regular and professional communication with clients in collaboration with Relationship Managers. /liliEnsure effective communication regarding changes or developments resulting from documentary transactions. /liliWork closely with colleagues and supervisors when required to ensure smooth execution of transactions. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable rules and procedures relating to documentary trade finance. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ullibAt least 3 years of relevant experience in documentary credits within a bank /b, ideally in a strong Commodity Trade Finance environment. /liliSolid theoretical and practical knowledge of documentary trade finance transactions. /liliGood understanding of the relevant rules and practices governing documentary credits. /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently. /lilibFluent French and English /b, both written and spoken. /liliPrecise, rigorous and detail-oriented. /liliComfortable working with IT tools. /liliStrong team spirit and communication skills. /liliComfortable working in a fast-paced and international banking environment. /li /ulh3What is offered /h3ulliInternational and multicultural working environment. /liliVaried and technically demanding trade finance activities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
