Deine Aufgaben
- Begrüssung und Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden im Kassenbereich
- Ansprache und Motivation der Kundinnen und Kunden zur Nutzung der Self-Service Angebote
- Unterstützung beim Scan- und Bezahlvorgang an den Self-Checkout-Kassen
- Hilfe bei technischen oder bedienungsbezogenen Fragen
- Sicherstellung eines ordentlichen und verkaufsfördernden Erscheinungsbildes im Self-Checkout-Bereich
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen
- Kassiertätigkeit an regulären Kassen
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung im Verkauf oder in der Kundenbetreuung von Vorteil
- Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und an der Beratung
- Technisches Grundverständnis für Kassensysteme
- Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch bei hohem Kundenaufkommen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
