Blockchain Developer

Company Overview:
Dialectic is a crypto-native firm of builders and capital advisors focused on investing in and building software across emerging crypto and blockchain technologies. We advise multiple liquid crypto funds specializing in DeFi yield strategies, run venture activity in the crypto/blockchain space, and steward 1OF1, a prominent digital art collection. We produce outlier results through diversified investment strategies across the decentralized finance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Backend Tooling and Services in Rust
- Work closely with the Yielding and Quant team to develop strategies
- Optimize for low latency and inclusion of high throughput EVM transactions
- Support the team with insights and best practices
Key Requirements:
- 3 years professional software development experience
- 2 years professional Rust experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the Ethereum ecosystem
- Experience with EVM and Solidity smart contracts is a plus
- Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (alloy, foundry)
- Entrepreneurial, self motivated and driven
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Based in Swizterland and able to work from our office in Zug full time
