Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager of Cost Engineering and Design-to-Value to lead the Innovative Medicine cost engineering centre of excellence across multiple European locations. The role involves setting strategic priorities, developing cost structures, and driving cost management initiatives in collaboration with supply chain and R&D partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost engineering centre of excellence and drive aligned strategic initiatives for supply chain and R&D partners
- Develop and govern cost structures across Innovative Medicine supply chain categories
- Lead critical cost engineering projects and support business transformation deliverables
- Construct should-cost models and design-for-value benchmarks across product portfolios
- Oversee cost engineering digital technologies and training priorities for global teams
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor's in Engineering or Biological Sciences
- Minimum 15 years manufacturing experience with multi-technology process knowledge
- Minimum 5 years should-cost modeling experience in manufacturing
- Broad knowledge of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, and packaging manufacturing
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to create fact-based rationales
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (preferred)
- CPSM certification (preferred)
