Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader to define and govern operational standards across its MedTech distribution network. The role combines strategic oversight of owned and third-party facilities with responsibility for continuous improvement, benchmarking, and cost optimization across global supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy global operational standards across owned and third-party distribution centers
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and internal/external benchmarking across the network
- Develop cost-to-deliver models and data-driven strategies to optimize performance
- Build and lead a high-performing global team while driving leadership capability development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and health and safety requirements
Requirements
- 12–15+ years progressive supply chain operations or warehouse management experience
- Proven deployment of operational standards across global logistics networks
- Expertise in benchmarking, performance analytics, and cost-to-serve modeling
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in supply chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities and global stakeholder management skills
