Senior Drilling Supervisor

Nous recherchons actuellement un Senior Drilling Supervisor H/F pour une mission basée à Assens, en Suisse.
Description du posteLe Senior Drilling Supervisor sera chargé de superviser les opérations de forage sur site et de garantir leur exécution dans le respect des exigences HSE, des procédures opérationnelles et des objectifs de performance.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
• Promouvoir et maintenir une forte culture HSE sur l’ensemble des activités du site
• Veiller au respect des standards de l’entreprise, des exigences réglementaires et des procédures opérationnelles
• Coordonner les sous-traitants, sociétés de services et équipes terrain
• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de forage et assurer leur bon déroulement
• Identifier les problèmes opérationnels et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires
• Contribuer à l’exécution du programme de forage
• Suivre et évaluer la performance des contractants et prestataires
• Participer à la gestion des risques et des situations de contingence
• Assurer une communication efficace entre les différentes équipes intervenant sur le site
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en opérations de forage onshore Oil & Gas ou géothermie profonde
• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en Europe continentale
• Solide expérience en supervision d’opérations de forage
• Expérience avec des opérations sous MPD appréciée
• Excellentes capacités de leadership et de communication dans un environnement multiculturel et multidisciplinaire
• Solides compétences en gestion des risques et des situations imprévues
• Forte culture HSE et engagement en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement
• Certification IWCF Level 4 requise
• Certifications OPITO H2S, MIST ou BOSIET requises
• Certificat médical OEUK valide
• Anglais courant / niveau avancé requis
• Localisation : Assens, Suisse
• Organisation : rotation 3x3
• Site en activité 24h/24 et 7j/7
• Date de démarrage : 1er janvier 2027
• Pré-mobilisation prévue fin 2026 pour les formations internes
• Durée : 6 mois, renouvelable
• Possibilité de continuité sur un nouveau projet à l’issue de la mission
