Repair & Maintenance Coordinator (w/m/d)

Als Repair & Maintenance Coordinator behältst den Überblick über Reparaturen, Wartungen und Werftaufenthalte unserer Schiffe und koordinierst technische Arbeiten zuverlässig, effizient und mit einem Auge fürs Budget.
Deine Aufgaben:
Bearbeiten von Reparaturmeldungen der Schiffe
Erfassung und Bewirtschaftung der gemeldeten Defekte und Schäden in der Datenbank
Verwaltung der -Wartungsarbeiten, Werfttermine, Zertifikationsarbeiten, Investitionen und Umbauten
Preis- und Terminanfragen bei den europäischen Lieferanten
Budgetierung der -Arbeiten und Beauftragung der Arbeiten in Absprache mit den Corporate Engineers und Flotten Manager
Termin- und Budgetüberwachung, Rechnungskontrolle
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erfahrungen in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Nautik, Technik, Gastro, Einkauf oder Disposition
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse, ösisch erwünscht, Ungarisch oder Rumänisch von Vorteil
Gute Computer Anwenderkenntnisse
Exakte, speditive und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Erkennung und sinnhafte Setzung von Prioritäten
