• Lead end-to-end business excellence programs and own specific quality business processes
• Manage investment planning and budget for Quality Systems function in collaboration with strategy and finance
• Oversee supply chain resiliency assessments, risk management, and board-level reporting
• Develop and manage talent within the team, ensuring best-in-class staffing and career progression

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10-12 years relevant business experience
• Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain Operations, Quality, or R&D
• Proven expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, or DEX methodologies
• Black Belt Certification preferred
• Strong people management skills with track record building high-performing teams
• Strategic business acumen, financial understanding, and consensus management capability
