- Support the planning and execution of brand events, from preparation to on-site delivery
- Coordinate event and collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Contribute to boutique and trade activations, ensuring alignment with brand and customer experience standards
- Assist in managing event materials, stock, and logistics to support multiple activations and campaigns
- Help consolidate post-event reports including KPIs, learnings, and insights to support continuous improvement
- Bring forward creative ideas by researching trends and best practices in the event and experience space
- Support a customer-centric approach across the full experience journey (pre-event, on-site, post-event)
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Management, Hospitality, Events, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with high motivation and ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and manage pressure effectively
- Interest in brand experience, events, and consumer engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English and French; German is a strong plus
