AI Academy & Data Academy
- Support the development of AI and Data Academy learning programs and training materials.
- Research AI trends and translate business use cases into practical learning content.
- Prepare presentations, workshop materials, and stakeholder communications.
- Support the development of the Process Wiki / Knowledge Navigator.
- Organize content, navigation structures, and information architecture.
- Contribute to taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge management best practices.
- Apply AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI technologies.
- Support knowledge graph, semantic search, and AI-enabled knowledge solutions.
- Document findings and recommendations for project stakeholders.
- Create user-friendly digital content, page concepts, and prototypes.
- Support UX/UI design and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic AI and knowledge management projects.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Knowledge Engineering, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar AI platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic search, metadata modeling, or information architecture is beneficial.
- Experience in web design, UX/UI concepts, prototyping, or SharePoint Online is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.
- Fluent English is required; German is considered an advantage. What's on Offer:
