Crm Automation Specialist

Job PurposeExplora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group`s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers. 

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Marketing Automation Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to support in the development and setup of direct marketing communications. This role is based in the office of Milan.

Key Accountabilities 

Automation Tasks

Support the Automation Manager in managing the Marketing Automation tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and be responsible for tool performances, stability, folder organization, compliance, update and adjustments including the management of potential add-ons;; Create and manage B2C and B2B targets, deriving both from the CRM and from external lists, being accountable for granting data management compliancy;; Set up newsletters, from materials collection and templates filling, to target selection and send out schedule;; Support the set up of triggered communications and customer journeys;; Manage A/B testing, supporting the improvement of direct emails performances;; Manage email tagging and be autonomous with html fine tuning of template elements;; Support the identification of opportunities to improve the way Explora is leveraging Marketing Cloud functionalities;; Support the Marketing team in the update of the communication plan; ;

 

Analytics

Support the CRM team in the monitoring of database composition and segments update;; Monitor direct marketing performances, support Marketing Automation reporting and pro-actively identify improvement areas and suggest improvement actions; ; Project Management

Support project management activities implied with the setup of the direct marketing campaigns, such as interacting with internal stakeholders during the briefing phase, interact with external partners during materials creation and collection phase, and support the internal validation process;; Support the creation of internal documentation about direct marketing management procedures.;

Qualifications3-4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool, having managed B2C and/ or B2B marketing automation activities;; Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce;; Experience in the luxury & travel industry would be a plus;; Experience in working in a fast-paced and evolving environment (experience in a consulting company would be appreciated);; Fluency in English - additional languages would be a plus;; Solid knowledge about marketing automation platforms and ability to manage operational activities on Marketing Automation tool autonomously;; Strong technical skills and analytical mindset;; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications – proficiency with Excel is required;; Details oriented, excellent with project scheduling, time management and tracking;; Team player with great collaboration skills;; Professionally assertive and confident while capable of being empathetic;; Thinks entrepreneurially, demonstrates initiative, makes and owns decisions and accepts full accountability;; Impeccable integrity.;
