Sr. Manager, Sales Excellence and Sales Training, International
Tandem Diabetes Care
Tandem Diabetes Care seeks a senior manager to lead sales excellence and training strategy across international markets. This role involves developing sales methodologies, building commercial capabilities, designing learning programs, and driving performance improvements across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Define and embed international sales excellence strategy and consistent selling approach across markets
- Shape sales methodology, standards, tools, and best practices to enhance customer engagement
- Design and lead learning programs including onboarding, advanced sales, and leadership development
- Establish governance and performance frameworks that drive accountability and consistency
- Partner with commercial leadership to identify priorities and deliver capability-building initiatives
Requirements
- Significant experience in sales excellence, enablement, or commercial capability development
- Proven ability developing and implementing sales methodologies and large-scale effectiveness programs
- Strong expertise in consultative, value-based, or solution selling approaches
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Education, or equivalent experience
- Experience building sales manager capability and coaching frameworks
