We are a community of explorers and are constantly looking for new ideas, places and people to connect with. /p h3Let's Talk About The Role /h3 pThe Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts Marketing, leads the marketing agenda for The North Face's Strategic Key Accounts (SKAs) across EMEA. The role sets the strategic direction for account marketing, drives profitable and sustainable growth, and ensures marketing plans are aligned with brand priorities and commercial objectives. /p pWorking across Sales, Product and Marketing, the role owns account marketing planning, manages senior stakeholder relationships, and leads a team responsible for delivering integrated marketing solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSet and own the long-term account marketing strategy for Strategic Key Accounts across EMEA. /li liLead the seasonal cross-functional GTM planning process with Sales and Product across all key milestones. /li liEnsure account marketing plans are integrated into the wider marketing mix and support brand and commercial goals. /li liDirect the use of marketing tactics and channels to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion. /li liReview account and campaign performance, adjusting plans and priorities based on results. /li liOwn the Strategic Accounts Marketing budget, managing investment to ROI and financial targets. /li liManage senior relationships with account partners, acting as the marketing lead and escalation point. /li liLead internal communication with senior leadership, promoting the work and visibility of the Strategic Accounts Marketing team. /li liAlign internal stakeholders and drive execution across functions. /li liImprove processes, ways of working and team effectiveness. /li liLead and develop the Strategic Accounts Marketing team. /li /ul h3Skills for Success /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Marketing or Business. /li li6+ years of marketing experience in the sporting goods/outdoor or lifestyle industry. /li liTrack record of building and delivering marketing plans with major retail, wholesale or marketplace partners. /li liStrong commercial acumen and business understanding. /li liSolid understanding of marketing performance drivers and how to optimise them. /li liExperience managing budgets and delivering measurable results. /li liProven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level. /li liPeople management and team leadership experience. /li liStrong digital and retail marketing knowledge. /li liStrong planning, organisational and communication skills. /li liFluent in English.
