The FHH was founded in Geneva in 2005 to lead dissemination of information and training on the innovation and technical expertise that are the foremost values within the tradition of the fine Swiss watchmaking.
The Foundation is active in Switzerland and internationally to introduce a wide audience to this highly distinctive world of creativity, culture and tradition. With 27 partner companies and now firmly established in all international markets, the Foundation is recognized as a global thought leader for the watchmaking profession with a mission to inform, educate and train as well as to lead the fight against counterfeiting.
Descriptif du poste
- Gérer la logistique des intervenants: hotels, transports, facturation
- Gérer la logistique du lieu (ex. Masterclass)
- Préparer les invitations (liste, textes, sur le site Internet) et gérer les réponses
- Post-event : aide dans la réalisation des présentations et rapports post-event
- Pour les conférences de Pascal : gestion emploi du temps, coordination avec les organisateurs
- Gérer la logistique de la réunion plénière annuelle : booker les chambres d'hôtels, la location du lieu, etc.
- Gérer les présences : préparer les emails, les sondages, les invitations, suivi des présences et absences
- Soutien pour remplir et suivre le tableau des événements
- En général, soutien pour créer des présentations autour de toutes les activités
- Préparer toutes les pages liées aux activités FORUM (seront finalisées et publiées par le Senior Project Manager par la suite)
- Parle couramment l'anglais et le français
- Compréhension fine du domaine du Luxe et de l'Horlogerie
- Très organisé et rigoureux
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Aptitude au multitasking et capacité de planifier et de gérer son temps efficacement
- Gestion des outils de base (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP Finance un plus
