Deine Aufgaben
Controlling & Reporting:- Unterstützung und Führen von Teilprozessen bei der Erstellung und Analyse von quartalsweisen und jährlichen Abschlüssen.
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Budgets sowie Forecasts in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen.
- Identifikation von Abweichungen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Unternehmenspräsentationen für Stakeholder (z.B. Investor Relations).
- Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Szenarioanalysen.
- Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Finanz- und Controlling-Prozessen.
- Pflegen und Überwachen des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) und Risk-Managements mit entsprechender Dokumentation u.a. zuhanden des Verwaltungsrats
- Unterstützende Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Pflege von Dashboards und Berichten in BI-Tools (z.B. Power BI).
- Analyse grosser Datenmengen zur Identifikation von Chancen und Risiken im Immobilienportfolio.
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Datenmodellen und Analysetools.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Optimierung von Datenprozessen und -systemen.
- Mitwirkung beim Betrieb und Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen oder -systeme.
Dein Profil
Ausbildung:- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (Universität oder Fachhochschule).
- Zusätzliche Weiterbildungen im Bereich Controlling oder Datenanalyse sind von Vorteil.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche oder einer vergleichbaren Branche.
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit BI-Tools (z.B. Power BI) und Datenanalyse.
- Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Abacus) und fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse.
- Hohe Affinität zu Datenanalysen und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes Denken.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen.
- Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
- Fliessend Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse. Französisch von Vorteil.
- Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit in der Arbeit.
- Pragmatische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
