360° Asset Management position Rare opportunity to join a well-established family office About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established family office which owns an extended European real estate portfolio. Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate Investments of the family office, your main activities will include:
- Asset Management : Drive relationships with the property managers, follow up on assets and developments with third parties, review appraisals and budget and update financial models & business plans. Conduct scenario analysis and strategic analysis to drive strategic decisions on portfolio positions. Active participation in letting initiatives.
- Acquisitions : Produce analysis and conduct the due-diligence process. Produce financial models for selected opportunities as well as investment memorandums.
- Portfolio Management : Responsible for gathering, centralising and consolidating the Annual Report and Quarterly Board Reports based on the Portfolio consolidation.
- Strategy : support and provide input on establishing the company's long term investment strategy.
- Pipeline : Source deals and develop a network of potential partners in order to bring new opportunities for consideration.
- Bachelor/master's degree with Business/Real Estate or Construction focus
- Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience focused on international real estate management/investment, ideally with a first exposure to Swiss assets.
- Asset management experience, including supervision of third parties
- Financial modelling skills and understanding of real estate investment process (including private equity real estate, strong excel-skills
- Strong organisational skills. Self-sufficient, sense of initiative and results-driven personality.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of flexibility and discretion
- Fluent in French and English What's on Offer:
