(Senior) Consultant - Business Consulting - Supply Chain Procurement - Zurich, Lausanne or GenevaLocation: Grand-Lancy / GenevaOther locations: Anywhere in CountryDate: 24 Jul 2026Requisition ID: At EY, we're all in to shape your future with confidence.We'll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.Join EY and help to build a better working world.The opportunityIn the area of Procurement, you will accompany organizations in the implementation of company-wide transformation programs - from strategy and concept development to implementation.Your key responsibilitiesYou will support Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs) in transforming the procurement function in an increasingly digital, data-driven and dynamic business environmentYou will work closely with clients to design and implement innovative, future-ready procurement solutions and build trusted advisor relationshipsYou will drive digital procurement transformation initiatives with a focus on delivering measurable value, including efficiency gains, cost optimization and improved resilienceYou will leverage modern technologies (e.g. AI-driven solutions, advanced analytics, automation and digital Source-to-Pay platforms) to enable and accelerate transformation outcomesYou will be a key contributor and progressively start leading sub-workstreams in client engagements and will work in multidisciplinary teams (e.g., Finance, Tax, Strategy Transactions) to deliver high-quality services in line with our proven global methodologies and toolsYou will support the business in developing EY knowledge and concepts for our practice, while also actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationshipsYou will build your management consulting and procurement capabilities to become a valued contributor to our clients’ transformations and for your own personal career journeyWhat we look for:As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you already have procurement experience at a management consultancy or in industry through working in complex and significant project delivery. You may already have led small teams within a projectYou will have meaningful experience (2-5 years) in one of the following areas: procurement strategy and category management, procurement operating model, supplier management and supplier innovation, source-to-pay managementYou will have a strong interest in digital technologies and their application in procurement, ideally with initial hands-on experienceFamiliarity with procurement technologies (e.g. SAP Ariba, Zycus, Archlet, ORO Labs, Zip, Omnea, Fairmarkit or comparable solutions) is an advantageAs an international company, we require fluency in English; German is a strong asset.
