Our 24‑month Trading Supply Chain Graduate Program is designed to provide hands‑on experience across the trading lifecycle, combining structured learning, meaningful responsibility and exposure to different areas of our business. You'll work alongside experienced professionals across Trading, Operations and Market Risk, gaining first‑hand insight into how global commodity markets operate while developing the skills needed for a successful commercial career. /ph3Your Journey /h3pDuring the Program, you'll complete three 8‑month rotations, providing broad exposure to the core functions that enable our trading business to operate successfully. You'll be based in Geneva, with the opportunity for an international rotation in one of our global offices, including Singapore, Houston, Tallinn or London, providing valuable international exposure and a broader perspective on our business. Alongside your rotations, you'll follow a structured development journey combining technical learning, industry knowledge and professional development to help you build both the commercial and interpersonal skills needed to succeed in a global trading environment. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliWork alongside professionals across Trading, Operations and Market Risk. /liliDevelop an understanding of the physical and financial commodity trading lifecycle. /liliAnalyse market fundamentals, commodity flows and pricing dynamics. /liliContribute to commercial analysis, operational execution and business decision‑making. /liliCollaborate across functions to solve complex commercial and operational challenges. /liliSupport the execution of trading strategies while gaining exposure to commercial decision‑making. /liliTake ownership of meaningful projects from the beginning of your career. /li /ulh3Who We're Looking For /h3pWe're looking for intellectually curious individuals with strong analytical capabilities, commercial curiosity and the ambition to build a career in global commodity markets.
