Your PurposeExplora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Digital Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys. This role is based in the office in Geneva.The Digital Platforms Manager will lead the strategy, development and deployment of our travel App.

Your ImpactThe Digital platforms Manager will:

Lead the strategy of the EJ guest Area including My Explora and our travel App; Design and lead the development of the new App; Define and maintain the Guest Area strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.; Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for platform management.; Identify opportunities for platforms innovation, optimization, and new capabilities.; Document product features and create user stories; Lead the creation and maintenance of platforms roadmap; Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product specifications; Communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders; Support the testing and release processes for new product updates; Spot, report and follow the resolution & correction of bugs; Monitor product performance metrics and making data-driven decisions; Define KPIs and dashboards to track platform success.;

Your Journey so farYou have minimum of 8/10 years’ experience in a similar Role preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel Industry; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.; Experience managing web platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise digital ecosystems.;

Your EssentialsYou set yourself apart through your personal accountability to deliver with excellence; You are structured, well organized and know how to navigate in a matrix organisation; Strong knowledge on the Digital projects lifecycle, particularly on complex or highly technical products; You are a fast learner and tech savvy; Knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus; Fluent in English;
