Deine Aufgaben:
- Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation von funktionalen sowie nicht-funktionalen Anforderungen
- Erstellung und Strukturierung von Anforderungskatalogen für ICT-Beschaffungen und Ausschreibungen
- Planung und Moderation von Workshops sowie Stakeholder-Interviews
- Analyse, Modellierung und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen
- Durchführung von Business-Analysen, Vorstudien sowie Erarbeitung von Varianten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Fachdisziplin Business Analyse
- Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Rollen, Methoden, Standards und Templates
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Optimierung des Demand Managements
- Strukturierung und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Übersetzung von Business-Bedürfnissen in standardisierte ICT-Services
- Fachliches Coaching und Unterstützung interner Business Analystinnen und Business Analysten
Dein Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Business Analyst in komplexen ICT-Projekten
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Business-Analysen und Vorstudien
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation von Anforderungen
- Erfahrung mit ICT-Beschaffungen sowie der Erstellung von Anforderungskatalogen für Ausschreibungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse etablierter Business-Analyse-Methoden (z. B. BABOK oder vergleichbar)
- Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops und Stakeholder-Interviews
- Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe operative Umsetzungsstärke sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C2 oder gleichwertig)
