Business Development Account Executive Late Stage (Nordics)

Catalent seeks a Business Development Account Executive to drive revenue growth for pharmaceutical softgel and oral solids programs across the Nordic region. The role involves identifying and closing opportunities with existing and prospective customers, building strategic relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to support commercialization objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close business development opportunities for softgel and late-stage oral solids programs
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships; uncover needs and align solutions to commercialization goals
- Develop account plans, manage forecasting, pricing, negotiations, renewals, and business reviews
- Collaborate with R&D, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams on proposals and supply agreements
- Expand revenue through cross-selling and identification of opportunities across service portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, business, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years business development or sales experience in CDMO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences
- Understanding of proposal development, quoting, budgeting, and timeline management
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proven track record with new account penetration and multi-priority management
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Nordic region and to manufacturing facilities
