Stage 6 mois - Documentary Credits & Guarantees Officer H/F

Le « Documentary Credits & Guarantees Officer (Poste Stagiaire) » intervient en support des équipes Financing and Trade Operations (FTO) - y compris de l'équipe Business Support Group - BSG en charge des opérations délocalisées sur des plateformes du Groupe, pour faciliter et optimiser le traitement des opérations du département (notamment la gestion des messages SWIFT, des documents reçus au sein du département, le suivi des alertes dans le cadre des contrôles effectués par le département sur les bateaux). Il participe également à la revue des processus opérationnels du département afin d'identifier des axes d'optimisation ou de simplification. Le/la stagiaire sera dédié(e) aux principales missions suivantes afin d'optimiser le traitement des opérations du département : Assure le traitement des messages SWIFT reçus et l'attribution de ces messages aux équipes concernées dans Ti+ Assure le traitement des documents reçus via les différents types de courriers, comprenant le scannage et l'enregistrement des documents dans des dossiers à la disposition des collaborateurs des Teams Assure le suivi des messages reçus via un carnet d'ordre dans S2i Assure la gestion de l'archivage des dossiers du département Assure l'envoi des plis par DHL en fin de journée, contrôle les factures DHL et gère les contacts avec les sociétés de courriers spéciaux Assure le suivi des alertes dans le cadre des contrôles effectués par le département sur les bateaux Assure la demande de création de nouvelles racines techniques bancaires dans le cadre des opérations documentaires. Apporte son support à l'équipe BSG pour les opérations traitées sur des plateformes du groupe. Le/la stagiaire participera aux travaux transverses du département (compte-rendu de réunion, pilotage), à la revue des processus du département afin d'identifier des axes d'optimisation ou de simplification et mettra en place d'éventuels outils d'analyse et de visualisation de la donnée (statistiques, suivi d'activités, etc.). Bac +5, Hautes études commerciales ou équivalent.
