Product & Account Specialist

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product & Account Specialist for oncology and urology in Eastern Switzerland and Graubünden. The role involves building partnerships with oncologists and urologists, developing account strategies, and driving business growth in prostate and bladder cancer treatment through customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic development and sustainable business growth with oncologists and urologists in assigned territory
- Build strong customer partnerships through reliable execution and measurable value creation for customers and patients
- Develop and execute ambitious account plans with cross-functional teams to capitalize on business opportunities
- Plan and deliver impactful customer events that promote scientific exchange and engagement
- Identify market opportunities early, anticipate trends, and leverage insights to inform product market strategy
Requirements
- Natural science or paramedical training; SHQA diploma preferred
- Established network in oncology; urology network advantageous
- Multiple years of customer management and pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong customer and solution orientation with demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
- Fluent German and good English language proficiency
- Results-oriented mindset with high learning capacity and team collaboration ability
