Key Account Manager Oncology - Western Switzerland (f/m/d)

Ipsen seeks a Key Account Manager for its oncology business in Western Switzerland. The role involves independently managing territory strategy, sales performance, and account relationships with healthcare providers and organizations across the Geneva-Jura, Vaud-Valais region.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned territory independently and drive sustainable business development aligned with strategy
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies based on market insights and data analysis
- Own sales performance, market share, and KPI achievement with active business steering
- Manage CRM system and local territory marketing budget for operational execution
- Plan and execute product launches, events, and congress activities with strategic objectives
Requirements
- University degree in scientific, medical, or healthcare field
- Extensive experience in oncology or complex specialty care settings
- Proven track record managing key accounts or territories with full business accountability
- Strong understanding of Swiss healthcare system and hospital stakeholder management
- Fluent English and French; conversational German minimum
- Valid Swiss work permit and driving license
- Data-driven analytical skills and self-directed working style
