In a context of continued growth, we are looking for a Lead Consultant SAP SuccessFactors specialized in Employee Central & Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) to support our projects and clients.

Location: Geneva, Switzerland
✈️ Occasional business travel within Switzerland and Europe depending on project needs

Job Description

Your main responsibilities

As a Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of SAP SuccessFactors projects while acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

You will contribute primarily to projects involving:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead SuccessFactors implementation, rollout and transformation projects
• Manage client relationships and act as the main functional point of contact
• Facilitate discovery workshops and challenge business requirements
• Design end-to-end HR processes and translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Configure and validate Employee Central and PMGM solutions
• Define implementation strategies and project roadmaps
• Coordinate project activities with clients, partners and internal teams
• Review solution design, configuration and project deliverables
• Lead testing, deployment and go-live activities
• Manage project risks, issues and escalations
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives
• Deliver executive-level presentations and steering committee updates
• Mentor and coach junior and intermediate consultants
• Contribute to delivery excellence, methodology and best practices

You may also be involved in:

• Pre-sales activities and client demonstrations
• RFP responses and solution proposals
• Business development initiatives across the Swiss market
• Development of Arago's HR Transformation and Talent Management offerings
• Internal knowledge sharing and community leadership

Qualifications

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
• Proven experience leading international HR transformation projects
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong expertise in Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)
• One or more SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable:
  • Employee Central
  • Performance & Goals
• Solid understanding of Core HR, Talent Management and HR operating models
• Experience working with Swiss and international clients
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding consulting environment
• Leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring consultants
• Fluent French and English are mandatory
• German is considered a strong asset
