Aufgabe
Wir suchen für einen unserer Kunden einen erfahrenen Senior SAP SEM-BCS & BCS/4HANA Spezialisten. Folgende Aufgaben warten: Bestandsaufnahme & Fachberatung: Analyse der bestehenden SAP SEM-BCS Systemarchitektur, Datenmodelle, Konsolidierungsmonitore, Eliminationsregeln und Währungsumrechnungen; Konzeption der Nachfolgelösung: Erarbeitung des Zielkonzepts und Soll-Designs für den Umstieg auf BCS/4HANA (bzw. Gegenüberstellung mit S/4HANA Group Reporting bzgl. ROI und Passgenauigkeit); Migration & Customizing: Technische und funktionale Überführung von Stammdaten, Bewegungsdaten, Konsolidierungskreisen und Regelwerken auf die neue Plattform; Schnittstellen & Anbindung: Integration der Datenströme aus Quellsystemen (SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA sowie Drittsystemen).; Testing & Replikation: Durchführen von Abstimmungen, Schattenkonsolidierungen (Parallel-Runs) sowie Validierung der Konsolidierungsergebnisse; Dokumentation & Befähigung: Erstellen von System- und Prozessdokumentationen sowie Schulung der Key User / Financial Controller vor Ort in Genf.; u übernimmst zusammen mit dem Team Konzeption, Engineering und Betrieb unserer richtig fetten Container Plattformen auf Basis von Kubernetes/Red Hat OpenShift; Du verwaltest die Server-Flotte und die Cloud-Infrastruktur nach dem «Infrastructure as Code» Prinzip; Dabei interagierst Du mit den internen Benutzer:innen, erkennst neue Anforderungen an die Cloud Infrastruktur, erarbeitest neue Lösungen und implementierst diese; Du kümmerst dich periodisch um Supportanfragen, pflegst Dokumentation und FAQs und verbesserst die Plattform fortlaufend; Du leistest für die selbst aufgebauten Container Plattform alle sieben Wochen für eine Woche Pikettdienst (SRE Prinzip).
Anforderungen
- Tiefe Expertise in SAP SEM-BCS: Langjährige Nachweisbare Praxiserfahrung in der Administration, Customizing und Regelentwicklung von SAP SEM-BCS (BCS Data Modeling, Consolidation Functions).
- Migrationserfahrung zu BCS/4HANA oder Group Reporting: Erfolgreich absolvierte Migrations- oder Transformationsprojekte von SEM-BCS / EC-CS in Richtung SAP BCS/4HANA oder SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Fachliches Rechnungslegungs-Know-how: Fundiertes Verständnis der legalen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Konsolidierung (Kapitalkonsolidierung, Schuldenkonsolidierung, Zwischengewinneliminierung, Währungsumrechnung) nach IFRS oder Swiss GAAP.
- Sprachkenntnisse (Genf): Verhandlungssichere Englisch (Fließend in Wort und Schrift für Workshops mit dem Fachbereich)
- BW / BW/4HANA Verständnis: Solides Wissen im Bereich BW-Datenarchitektur, InfoProvider, ADSOs und Queries im Konsolidierungskontext.
- Erfahrung mit SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Kenntnisse in der Anbindung von SAC für Management-Reporting und Finanzplanung an die Konsolidierungsengine.
- S/4HANA Finance Integration: Verständnis des ACDOCA (Universal Journal) und der direkten Datenübernahme in Group Reporting / BCS.
- Agile Projektmethodik: Erfahrung in agilen Projektstrukturen (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) bei internationalen Rollouts.
