Your PurposeAs a Product Storytelling & Creative Concept Manager, you will transform early-stage innovation ideas into compelling stories, visual narratives, and market-ready concepts. Acting as the creative bridge between concept development and go-to-market readiness, you will craft the messaging, storytelling, and visual expression that make new experiences, venues, products, and spaces clear, desirable, and memorable.

Your ImpactCreative Storytelling & Concept Narrative

Craft the core story behind new product innovation concepts.; Turn early ideas, spaces, and guest experiences into simple, emotional, and memorable narratives.; Develop original hooks, headlines, claims, naming directions, taglines, and key messages.; Clearly define what a concept is, why it is different, and why guests should care.; Transform concepts from simple descriptions into commercially compelling stories that create excitement and desire.;

 

Copywriting, Claims & Messaging

Write concise and impactful copy for concept one-pagers, presentations, launch packs, and executive materials.; Create headlines, claims, elevator pitches, concept descriptions, and storytelling assets.; Simplify complex ideas into clear, premium, and distinctive messaging.; Adapt communication styles for different audiences, from senior leadership to commercial teams.; Challenge generic language and ensure originality in storytelling.;

 

Graphic Design & Visual Expression

Design polished one-pagers, concept sheets, mood boards, storytelling decks, and visual toolkits.; Define the visual identity, tone, and creative world of each concept.; Use typography, layout, imagery, colour, and visual hierarchy to communicate ideas effectively.;

 

Go-To-Market Readiness

Build storytelling packs that enable downstream teams to successfully launch and promote concepts.; Translate innovation ideas into practical marketing assets, including key messages, claims, visual narratives, and content blocks.; Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Communications, Commercial, and Activation teams.; Ensure each concept has a strong creative foundation before launch planning begins.; Act as the transition point between internal innovation development and external market communication.;

 

Creative Collaboration & Workshops

Partner with Product Innovation, Design, Newbuild, Brand, Communications, Revenue, and Operations teams.; Facilitate creative discussions to uncover what makes each concept distinctive.; Lead workshops to refine positioning, strengthen storytelling, and test creative ideas.; Consolidate diverse inputs into one coherent creative direction.; Present creative concepts confidently and clearly communicate the rationale behind them.;

 

Creative Quality & Originality

Own the quality, originality, and clarity of all Product Innovation storytelling outputs.; Ensure deliverables are engaging, memorable, and never generic.; Monitor trends across travel, hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, food & beverage, retail, culture, and design.; Bring fresh ideas, references, and creative perspectives to the team.; Continuously elevate how innovation concepts are communicated and remembered.;

Your Journey so far5–8 years of experience in creative storytelling, graphic design, copywriting, brand narrative, creative studios, agencies, hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or product innovation environments.; Proven experience developing concept narratives, storytelling frameworks, and creative communication assets.; Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, visual communication, storytelling, and concept development work.; Experience translating abstract or early-stage concepts into clear and persuasive outputs.; Experience creating one-pagers, creative decks, concept sheets, launch toolkits, storyboards, and brand storytelling materials.; Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across creative, commercial, product, and operational functions.; Confident presenting creative work and engaging senior stakeholders.;

Your EssentialsExcellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling headlines, claims, hooks, and narratives.; Advanced proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Keynote, PowerPoint, or similar.; Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, mood boarding, and presentation design.; Ability to transform abstract ideas into visually engaging and commercially compelling concepts.; Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.; Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.; High attention to detail and strong judgment regarding design, tone of voice, and content quality.; Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving innovation environment.; Passion for travel, hospitality, guest experience, lifestyle, entertainment, and cultural trends.; Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.; Ability to travel occasionally as required.; EU Passport or the right to work in Switzerland;
