Dein Arbeitsalltag umfasst Folgendes:
Du bist für die Besetzung offener Stellen hauptsächlich im Bereich Lager/Logistik, Chauffeure C und Sachbearbeiter beim Kunden verantwortlich. Bei Bedarf passt du die Vorgehensweise an, um eine erfolgreiche Besetzung zu gewährleisten. Du agierst als beratender Partner für die Ansprechpartner des Kunden und entwickelst eine Talentstrategie, die optimal auf die Kundenbedürfnisse, saisonalen Anforderungen und die Marktgegebenheiten abgestimmt ist.
Deine Tätigkeiten:
- Aktive Nutzung moderner Sourcing-Strategien zum Aufbau und zur Pflege eines starken Pools, hauptsächlich für operative Blue-Collar-Talente.
- Identifizierung und Vermittlung von Fach- und Hilfskräften in passgenaue kurzfristige, projektbasierte oder langfristige Positionen und Einsätze.
- Durchführung gründlicher Bewertungen, um Potenzial-Talente zu identifizieren und operative Qualifikationslücken (Skill Gaps) aufzudecken, um den Gesamteinsatz der Talente zu optimieren.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung massgeschneiderter Entwicklungspläne, die auf kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Karrierewachstum ausgerichtet sind.
- Steuerung und Unterstützung des gesamten HR-Prozesses für Talente in langfristigen Einsätzen oder mit Spezialverträgen (einschliesslich Onboarding, Vertragsmanagement und Offboarding).
- Unterstützung bei Zeiterfassung, Compliance und der Vorbereitung von Gehaltsdaten für Vertrags- und Projektmitarbeiter, um eine genaue und pünktliche Vergütung sicherzustellen.
- Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung regelmässiger Updates für Kunden und die Führungsebene bezüglich Initiativen zur Talententwicklung.
- Betreuung und Rekrutierung passender Talente in der Deutsch- sowie Westschweiz (französische Sprache).
