To strengthen our Global Project organization, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated bSenior Project Procurement Lead (a) 100%. /b /ppbYour responsibilities: /b /ppLead the procurement workstream of Bachem Sisslerfeld and act as the single procurement point of contact. Coordinate all procurement activities across Category Managers, Engineering, PMO and project leadership while ensuring optimal commercial outcomes. /pulliAct as Procurement Project Lead (PPL) for the Bachem Sisslerfeld Program and serve as the single point of contact for all project procurement activities. /liliDefine and drive the overall procurement, sourcing and commercial strategy in close alignment with Project Management and Engineering. /liliCoordinate and align procurement activities across all CAPEX Category Managers responsible for Construction, Equipment, Installation Interieur, Automation and Engineering Services. /liliSupport and partially lead commercial negotiations and award recommendations for major contracts, strategic suppliers and critical project packages. /liliOwn procurement governance, risk management and ensure reporting across the project procurement portfolio. /liliPartner closely with Legal to support contract reviews of complex contracts, orders and amendments, /liliPrepare and drive claims and commercial disputes in cooperation with the Category Manager, Legal and PMO. /liliDrive contract and change order management, ensuring commercial risks and opportunities are identified and properly managed throughout the project lifecycle. /liliRepresent Procurement in project leadership meetings, steering committees and executive stakeholder reviews. /liliAct as a trusted advisor and interface to Project Leadership on procurement, contractual and commercial matters /liliEnsure alignment with Bachem procurement standards, policies and governance requirements. /li /ulpbYour profile: /b /pulliMaster's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, Economics or a related discipline; additional qualifications in Procurement, Contract Management, Project Management, Commercial or Legal Management are a strong advantage. /lili10-15+ years of experience in Procurement, Commercial and Contract Management within large CAPEX projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, industrial manufacturing or construction sector. /liliProven track record in managing complex procurement packages, strategic suppliers and high-value commercial negotiations across major project delivery models (EPCM, EPC, Construction Management). /liliStrong expertise in contract lifecycle management, claims management, change orders, dispute resolution and risk allocation. /liliDemonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional and matrix organizations, collaborating effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders. /liliStrategic procurement mindset combined with strong commercial acumen, business judgment and decision-making capabilities. /liliExcellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including executive-level interactions. /liliCollaborative and resilient personality with a high level of ownership, accountability and the ability to drive results in demanding project environments. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines. /liliFluent in German and English, both written and spoken. /li /ulpbOur offer: /b /pulliA dynamic and rapidly growing work environment with attractive internal career development and training opportunities /liliFlexible working hours, the possibility of working from home, and the option to purchase additional vacation days through a reduced workload arrangement /liliBachem AG covers 60% of pension fund contributions, with the option of enhanced retirement savings through our elective savings plan /liliAccess to employee benefits platforms offering discounts with external partners /li /ulpWould you like to drive innovation together with us? /ppAt bBachem /b, you’ll find a diverse, multicultural team.
