To strengthen our Global Project organization, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated bSenior Project Procurement Lead (a) 100% /b. /p pLead the procurement workstream of Bachem Sisslerfeld and act as the single procurement point of contact. Coordinate all procurement activities across Category Managers, Engineering, PMO and project leadership while ensuring optimal commercial outcomes. /p h3Your responsibilities: /h3 ul liAct as Procurement Project Lead (PPL) for the Bachem Sisslerfeld Program and serve as the single point of contact for all project procurement activities. /li liDefine and drive the overall procurement, sourcing and commercial strategy in close alignment with Project Management and Engineering. /li liCoordinate and align procurement activities across all CAPEX Category Managers responsible for Construction, Equipment, Installation Interieur, Automation and Engineering Services. /li liSupport and partially lead commercial negotiations and award recommendations for major contracts, strategic suppliers and critical project packages. /li liOwn procurement governance, risk management and ensure reporting across the project procurement portfolio. /li liPartner closely with Legal to support contract reviews of complex contracts, orders and amendments, /li liPrepare and drive claims and commercial disputes in cooperation with the Category Manager, Legal and PMO. /li liDrive contract and change order management, ensuring commercial risks and opportunities are identified and properly managed throughout the project lifecycle. /li liRepresent Procurement in project leadership meetings, steering committees and executive stakeholder reviews. /li liAct as a trusted advisor and interface to Project Leadership on procurement, contractual and commercial matters /li liEnsure alignment with Bachem procurement standards, policies and governance requirements. /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, Economics or a related discipline; additional qualifications in Procurement, Contract Management, Project Management, Commercial or Legal Management are a strong advantage. /li li10-15+ years of experience in Procurement, Commercial and Contract Management within large CAPEX projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, industrial manufacturing or construction sector. /li liProven track record in managing complex procurement packages, strategic suppliers and high-value commercial negotiations across major project delivery models (EPCM, EPC, Construction Management). /li liStrong expertise in contract lifecycle management, claims management, change orders, dispute resolution and risk allocation. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional and matrix organizations, collaborating effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders. /li liStrategic procurement mindset combined with strong commercial acumen, business judgment and decision-making capabilities. /li liExcellent negotiation, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including executive-level interactions. /li liCollaborative and resilient personality with a high level of ownership, accountability and the ability to drive results in demanding project environments. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines. /li liFluent in German and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Our offer: /h3 ul liA dynamic and rapidly growing work environment with attractive internal career development and training opportunities /li liFlexible working hours, the possibility of working from home, and the option to purchase additional vacation days through a reduced workload arrangement /li liBachem AG covers 60% of pension fund contributions, with the option of enhanced retirement savings through our elective savings plan /li liAccess to employee benefits platforms offering discounts with external partners /li /ul pWould you like to drive innovation together with us? /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
