Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Events & Sponsoring suchen wir einen kommunikationsorientierten Praktikanten, der die Sichtbarkeit und Ausstrahlung unserer Veranstaltungen unterstützt,
mit einer echten langfristigen Integrationsperspektive für leistungsstarke Profile.
Stellenbeschreibung
Ihre Aufgabe
Event-Kommunikation
- Kommunikative Begleitung der Veranstaltungen der Gruppe, von der Vorbereitung über die Präsenz vor Ort bis zur Nachbereitung
- Erstellung von Newslettern, Journeys und Workflows in HubSpot
- Einrichtung und Nachverfolgung von Zufriedenheitsumfragen
- Erstellung von Webseiten für die Veranstaltungen
- Veröffentlichung und Aktualisierung der Veranstaltungen im Intranet
- Verfassen von Whitepapers nach den Veranstaltungen
- Entwicklung von Social-Media-Kampagnen zur Bewerbung der Veranstaltungen und zur Teilnehmergewinnung
- Präsenz vor Ort bei Veranstaltungen zur Kommunikationsabdeckung (Inhalte, Live-Soziale Medien, Foto-/Videoaufnahmen)
SEO, Webinhalt & CMS
- SEO-Optimierung der Webseite, insbesondere Überarbeitung der Seiten zu medizinischen Fachgebieten in Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Ärzten
- Verfassen von Blogartikeln nach einem Redaktionsplan direkt im CMS
(idealerweise ProcessWire) - Verwaltung und Aktualisierung der Daten in HubSpot (CRM)
Patientenpfade
- Überlegung und Entwicklung neuer Kommunikationspfade für Patienten
(patient journeys) - Erstellung der entsprechenden Newsletter
- Analyse der Leistung (Engagement, Sichtbarkeit, Feedback)
- Administrative Unterstützung bei Projekten
Qualifikationen
Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung in Marketing, Kommunikation oder gleichwertig
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Digitalem, Projektmanagement und Event-Kommunikation
- Gutes Verständnis von sozialen Netzwerken und Content-Logiken
- Kenntnisse in Marketing-Automation und CRM (idealerweise HubSpot) sowie in SEO und CMS-Verwaltung (idealerweise ProcessWire)
- Fähigkeit, einfache, effektive und qualitativ hochwertige Inhalte zu erstellen
- Kreativ, strukturiert und umsetzungsorientiert
- Gute Beherrschung von Bürosoftware und Kreativtools (Canva, Adobe oder gleichwertig)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich), ein echter Vorteil für die Projektbetreuung in der Deutschschweiz
- Interesse an einer mittelfristigen Weiterentwicklung in diesem Bereich
