Global Supply Chain Coordinator

Aufgaben

  • Produktionsplanung in Abstimmung mit Lohnfertigern und Supply-Chain-Managern
  • Überwachung der Produktionspläne und Bestellung der benötigten Rohmaterialien
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Rechnungen und Zahlungen in den IT-Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umstellung von SAP R/3 auf S/4
  • Offenheit für Änderungen
  • Hoher Service-Standard und gute Kommunikation mit internen und externen Lieferanten, Lohnherstellern und Kunden

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ) oder Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik / Supply Chain
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP R/3
  • Kenntnisse in S/4 
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, fliessend in Wort und Schrift
