Stellenbeschreibung
- Verhandlungsführung: Sie leiten Vertragsverhandlungen für Software, IT Services und Infrastruktur (Volumen > $500k p.a.) bis zur Unterschrift.
- Strategie: Sie definieren die Verhandlungsziele und -strategien (Governance, BATNA) und setzen diese konsequent um.
- Stakeholder Management: Sie beraten interne Business-Owner sowie Legal- und Finance-Experten, um optimale und risikoarme Vertragsstrukturen zu schaffen.
- Vendor Management: Sie sind der direkte Verhandlungspartner für globale Anbieter (z.B. Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce) und steuern diese Beziehungen professionell.
Ihr Profil
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, davon 5–7 Jahre im strategischen IT-Einkauf.
- Kompetenz: Sie verfügen über fundiertes Wissen zu rechtlichen und kommerziellen Aspekten komplexer IT-Verträge.
- Persönlichkeit: Sie verhandeln hart in der Sache, aber verbindlich im Ton. Sie denken strategisch und handeln lösungsorientiert.
- Sprachen: Aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung ist verhandlungssicheres Englisch zwingend erforderlich.
