Senior Finance Manager, MTO

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Finance Manager to support manufacturing and technical operations for Innovative Medicine supply chain. This role will design and implement future-state finance processes, data solutions, and technology platforms to enable advanced cost-of-goods-sold analytics across the global manufacturing network.
Responsibilities
- Represent site finance in design and deployment of future-state financial processes and technology solutions
- Leverage technical accounting and financial systems expertise to influence cost-of-goods-sold analytics capabilities
- Serve as primary liaison between site finance and transformation teams across multiple time zones
- Coordinate with all Innovative Medicine internal manufacturing sites globally to assess current state and identify gaps
- Partner with finance leadership to advance project milestones and provide updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA, CMA preferred
- Minimum 5 years finance or related business experience
- Experience in Innovative Medicine manufacturing facility strongly preferred
- Expertise in technical accounting, ERP systems, Anaplan, and supply chain financial processes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence change, work independently, and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
