- Unterstützung der IT-Programmleitung bei der Planung und -steuerung als Project Officer
- Administrative Unterstützung des Programmteams
- Koordination des Dokumentenmanagements
- Fachliche Mitarbeit, wie z.B. Anforderungsanalyse, Testmanagement
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Meetings, Workshops und Anlässen
- Diese Stelle kann mit einem Pensum von 80-100% ausgeführt werden
- Laufendes Master-Studium in Wirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Ausrichtung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Project Management und/oder Bereich Asset Management von Vorteil
- Affinität für Information Technology Themen
- Grosse Flexibilität und organisatorische Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten
- Exakte, effiziente und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Lösungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Unternehmenssprache ist englisch) sowie eine stilsichere und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
- Sehr gute MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse (inkl. MS Teams), Erfahrungen in Jira & Confluence von Vorteil
