Through its three complementary brands, the Group reaches a wide range of communities and market segments across the high-end fashion industry, from ZEGNA’s timeless luxury to the modern tailoring of Thom Browne, to luxury glamour with TOM FORD FASHION. /p pThe Ermenegildo Zegna Group is internationally recognized for its unique Filiera, owned and controlled by the Group, which is made up of the finest Italian textile producers fully integrated with unique luxury manufacturing capabilities, ensuring superior excellence, quality, and innovation. /p h3Your Mission in this Role /h3 pAs bFinance Master Data Specialist - Business Partner /b, based in Stabio, you will bring your unique strengths to the Finance function, helping us to create, maintain and govern Business Partner master data across the Group. /p pYou’ll work closely with the Finance Transformation team and relevant business and technology stakeholders to to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. /p h3More Specifically You Will /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end creation, update and maintenance of Business Partner master data, initially focusing on vendors and suppliers, and validate requests for completeness, accuracy and compliance. /li liPerform master data activities in the relevant systems, resolve data-related requests, monitor quality and ensure appropriate documentation and traceability of changes. /li liSupport the definition and implementation of standard procedures, controls and governance rules, helping harmonize Business Partner creation and maintenance across countries, brands and legal entities. /li liCollaborate with Finance Transformation on the design, testing and implementation of automated request and approval workflows through ServiceNow, integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba. /li liContribute to the evolution toward a centralized Shared Services operating model by supporting process standardization, service levels, KPIs, documentation, user adoption and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou bring 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a Shared Services Center or Finance Operations, with hands‑on experience in Master Data Management, preferably involving vendor, customer or Business Partner master data. /li liYou’re skilled in Finance Operations and Procure-to-Pay processes; experience with SAP Business Partner master data is preferred, while knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP Ariba is an advantage. /li liYou’re known for accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving and a proactive continuous‑improvement mindset, and it shows in how you collaborate across functions and geographies and manage stakeholders in a fast‑paced transformation environment. /li liYou communicate fluently in English. /li /ul h3Joining Ermenegildo Zegna Group /h3 pJoining us means becoming part of a Group rooted in a rich heritage and guided by a long‑term vision.
