Clinical Sales Surgeons (Commission)
Lausanne Geneva Fribourg) Switzerland We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Electrophysiology division playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the sales team and strong project management
Coaching developing inspiring and recruiting sales and clinical team
Implementing the company goals in the business area
Participation in conferences seminars and customer events (domestic and international)
Leading a large sales & clinical team and working closely with other sales related functions
Responsible for employee management (e.g. performance management employee development etc.) Proven experience to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
Very good French and English language skills both spoken and written
Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
