Senior UX / UI Designer (f/m/d)
EPAM Systems
EPAM is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join an IT UX Team in Geneva. This is a full-time on-site position working closely with both EPAM and client teams.
You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving the design system, translating business briefs into effective prototypes and designing user interfaces that meet business needs.
Maintain and enhance the existing design system Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand briefs and requirements Translate business needs into UX/UI prototypes for testing and approval Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design Proven experience in maintaining and developing design systems Strong portfolio demonstrating UX prototyping and UI design skills Ability to generate prototypes for user testing and business approval Experience working in a collaborative client-facing environment Fluent in French (spoken and written) Comfortable working on-site at client premises in Geneva Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss and collaborate directly with clients Strong understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into design solutions Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic work environment
