We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for a leading IT company. The role focuses on commercial contracting with responsibility for drafting and negotiating procurement and other IT-related agreements advising on data protection matters and supporting projects involving artificial intelligence. Fluency in German and English is essential.
Partner with procurement sales IT product development and data security teams to deliver consistent pragmatic legal support.
Support the legal aspects of AI-related projects ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.
Master of Law (LL.admission to practice law is an advantage.
At least two years of relevant legal experience in the IT or technology sector ideally in an in-house or secondment role.
Fluency in German and English.
