Your professional profile At least 5 years of proven architect experienceSound technical expertise/ knowledge of several IT domains and experience in operating and supporting IT infrastructures (systems, network, security virtualisation, storage, back-up, mail communication systems, monitoring) Experience in incident management and problem management processesProblem-solving mindsetAbility to anticipate, plan, manage and prioritise issues and workloads efficiently. Also able to deal with a wide variety of tasks (context switching) What else sets you apart Master's degree in computer science or equivalentFluent in French and English (spoken and written)Swiss resident Knowledge of ITIL practicesGerman is a plus
