Schriftliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung (DE/FR evtl IT)
Auftragserfassung und – bearbeitung (SAP)
Stammdatenpflege (SAP, MDG)
Interne Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen und dem Aussendienst
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word und Excel)
Erfahrung mit Systemen zur Auftragsabwicklung (SAP)
Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effektiv zu priorisieren und mit hoher Qualität zu bearbeiten
