We are looking for a skilled and driven R&D Test and Process Engineer for Bushings with a specialized focus on high voltage (HV) testing and manufacturing process development . This role is critical in ensuring the performance safety and compliance of high voltage energy systems through rigorous testing data analysis and continuous process optimization. Lead and execute high voltage testing activities in compliance with IEC IEEE and internal standards
Design and implement test setups selecting appropriate HV equipment and methodologies
Analyze test data document results and support root cause investigations and corrective actions
Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to define test strategies and process requirements
Drive continuous improvement in testing and prototyping processes to enhance efficiency and quality
Ensure proper maintenance calibration and safe operation of HV test equipment
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in high voltage testing. Process engineering experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HV testing protocols equipment and safety practices
Proficient in analyzing test data and conducting failure analyses
Fluent in German and good English knowledge with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
