IT Developer

In this role you will contribute to the development and evolution of advanced physics analysis tools for the Future Circular Collider (FCC) project. You will join the EP-FCC physics software team and take responsibility for key software components enabling large-scale distributed detector performance and physics analysis studies. Contribute to the development and maintenance of core FCCAnalyses components and its integration into iLCDirac.
Enhance maintain and support the integration of FCCAnalyses with web-based analysis platforms.
Collaborate closely with the Key4hep and ROOT development teams to ensure software coherence and sustainability.
Experience with HEP data analysis in C or Python;
Familiarity with current web technologies.
C Python;
Knowledge of web technologies is welcomed;
Spoken and written English with a commitment to learn French.
a Masters degree with 2 to 6 years of post-graduation professional experience;
or a PhD with no more than 3 years of post-graduation professional experience.
~ You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
Work during nights Sundays and official holidays when required by the needs of the Organisation.
