For our estimated client, we are looking for an enthusiastic, multitask and well-organized Events Manager

Plan and coordinate congresses, symposia, and special events, supporting event formats, logistics, and on-site delivery

Coordinate timelines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution

Support consistency between event formats, exhibition activities, and overall participant experience

Ensure high-quality standards in event production, materials, and delivery

Act as a point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical companies and industry partners, supporting sponsorship-related activities

Support the coordination of external suppliers and contracts, in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements

Ensure events are delivered in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards

Support event performance tracking, feedback collection, and post-congress evaluations

Provide operational support to the Congress Team before, during, and after events

5 years of experience in event or congress management or a similar role

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
