This role is central to enabling ISC to operate as an enterprise growth engine, delivering both near‑term performance and long‑term transformation.Governance operating rhythmDesign and lead ISC governance mechanisms, including leadership cadence, performance reviews, and transformation forums.Track decisions, actions, and follow‑through across key forums.Execution tracking performance managementProvide visibility on ISC performance across Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, Cash, and People.Support the shift toward a BU‑centric, end‑to‑end operating model with strong global capabilities.Prepare high‑impact materials for ExLT, Board reviews, and key governance forums.You have worked closely with senior leaders and led complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
